Project Description & Relevance: House Doctor

This House Doctor Contract will involve a comprehensive scope of work centered around
peer reviewing, evaluating, analyzing, and providing feedback on a wide range of
documents and aspects related to capital-funded projects at various stages of planning,
design, and construction. This work will be conducted on an as-needed basis across
multiple sites and encompasses a broad spectrum of disciplines, with a primary focus on
Architecture. The scope of architectural services will include scrutiny of studies, reports,
designs, construction documents, specifications, estimates, and schedules, ensuring that
each element meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This project aims to
leverage expert insights to enhance the planning, execution, and completion of capital
projects, ensuring they align with the City’s goals and requirements.
